Town of Jaffrey ZBA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on June 22, 2026 at 4:00 pm at Jaffrey Town Hall to consider the following: Public Hearing New: ZBA 26-17 Sarah Seaver, Owner 40 Charlonne St, Map 238 Lot 46, Zone: Residential, with town water & sewer Variance - the applicant requests a variance to exceed the performance standards of a home occupation. (Land Use Code, Zoning Ordinance Section XV, 5.17.1 (a)(b)(f)) ZBA 26-18, Sarah Seaver, Owner 40 Charlonne St, Map 238 Lot 46, Zone: Residential, with town water & sewer Special Exception - the applicant requests a special exception to allow a home occupation. (Land Use Code, Zoning Ordinance Section XV, 5.17.1 Applications and supporting documents are available for review at the Jaffrey Town Hall between 8:00 - 4:00 pm Mon - Thu and 8:00 - Noon on Friday or you may call 532-7445 x-102.
