Town of New Ipswich ZBA NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING Notice is is hereby given that the New Ipswich Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing which will take place at 7:15 PM, Thursday May 7, 2026, at the Town Offices, 661 Turnpike Road in New Ipswich, New Hampshire. The following hearings will be conducted: Case ZBA-2026-3: Request for Variance to the Zoning Ordinance by Public Service Company of New Hampshire d/b/a Eversource Energy, of 13 Legends Drive, Hooksett, NH, from Article X sections D & E, to permit the replacement of existing electrical utility transmission structures along Line 367 utility Right-of-Way. Case ZBA-2026-4: Request for Special Exception to the Zoning Ordinance by Public Service Company of New Hampshire d/b/a Eversource Energy, of 13 Legends Drive, Hooksett, NH, from Article XII section A, to permit the replacement with appropriately heightened structures along Line 367 utility ROW to meet current industry standards and improve reliability of electrical infrastructure.
